How is the price calculated?
The final product price is determined by several clear factors:
- Print size: The larger the printed area, the higher the cost.
- Number of print areas: (Front – Back – Sleeve) Each additional area increases the cost.
- Fabric type and quality: Different fabrics have different prices (100% cotton – Dry Fit – blended fabrics, etc.).
- Execution type: Printing (Digital, Screen Printing, Sublimation) or Embroidery — each method has its own cost.
- Design complexity: Multiple colors, gradients, or fine details may increase cost due to the effort and time required.
- Order quantity: Bulk orders usually receive discounts for large quantities.
Advance Payment (20%)
To ensure order confirmation and resource allocation (fabric – machine time – design), we require a 20% advance payment of the total price when confirming your order. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery or through your chosen payment method.
- The advance is automatically calculated at checkout.
- The advance secures the fabric and starts the production without delay.
- If the order is canceled before production starts, cancellation policies outlined in our return policy may apply.
Factors that may affect price or duration
- Rarity of the required fabric or special sourcing from suppliers.
- High production load during peak seasons (holidays – promotions).
- Repeated design modification requests after production has started.

A sample calculation for clarity:
- Product: 100% cotton T-shirt
- Print size: Full front
- Print areas: Front + Back
- Total price (example): 350 EGP
- Advance (20%): 70 EGP
- Remaining on delivery: 280 EGP

How prices are displayed on the website
- After selecting fabric, color, size, and print type/size, the final price will be shown on the product page or cart page before confirming the order.
- The required advance (20%) will be clearly displayed, along with the remaining balance and payment method.
- Any shipping fees or taxes will also be displayed before checkout.
