At T-Sign, our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your design before it turns into a physical product. That’s why we’ve set clear and simple procedures for modifying a submitted design — provided that production has not started or the final payment has not been made.
When Can You Request a Design Modification?
- Before actual production begins: meaning before the order is sent to the printing or embroidery workshop.
- Before final payment or price confirmation: if no amount has been charged yet or no deposit has been paid.
- If the design is still under review or being checked by our team.
How to Request a Modification?
- Go to your order page in your account and select the order you want to modify.
- Click Request Modification or contact us directly via: 📧 support@t-sign.shop or the support page: https://t-sign.shop/contact.
- Attach a clear description of the required modification + updated design files or reference images if available.
- Our design team will send you confirmation with notes and expected timelines for the modification.
Types of Modifications You Can Request
- Adjusting colors or rearranging elements.
- Changing the size or position of the print/logo.
- Replacing an image or text in the design.
- Minor edits to fonts or spacing between elements.
When Could Modifications Incur Fees?
- Minor edits before production starts or before deposit payment are usually free of charge.
- If the modification is major and requires additional design time or new resources, you will be notified with a price quote before proceeding.
- After production starts or after the deposit/final payment, any modification may require restarting the production process and may result in extra costs.
Expected Modification Time
The time required depends on the complexity: simple edits usually take 1–3 business days, while more complex changes may need longer. You’ll be informed of the exact timeline when we provide the quote.
If We Don’t Reach an Agreement on the Modification
If no agreement is reached after revisions, you may request to cancel the order according to the cancellation terms on the return policy page. In cases where a deposit has been paid and production has started, our cancellation and refund policies will apply.
